Dear Thriller,
You are on a constant never ending loop on my ipod at the moment. As albums go, you are about as close to perfection as one album could hope for.
What's not to love about an album who's title track about monsters and demons, be they metaphorical or real, still has the power to make guests at weddings around the world walk from side to side with zombie hands and give it a shoulder shuffle that might just make an arm fall from it's very socket?I still can't believe the werewolf that used to make me hide behind the sofa, is really nothing more than an overgrown cat in a leather jacket. Run for your lives.
I wish I could laugh like Vincent Price, I've been trying since I was seven, any day now, any day now...
Yours sincerely,

I Love your letters!
ReplyDeleteAnd - I do love Thriller. Me and my friend spend an entire summer underneath her apple tree in their garden, playing cards, talking about boys- back when everything was so perfect and life was simple, long nights and secrets, the year 1989.
It just makes me feel good and want to dance regardless of my location, not always ideal, but always fun.
